So, from the results of the poll earlier, by a landslide victory of 5 Ayes to 2 Nays (Click on the comments to see the poll), I shall show pictures of my stitches. Not a pretty sight and may cause you to lose your lunch.
That's me right after surgery with a bladdy mess of a mesh of black stitches. There is heavy internal bleeding around the wound which explains the red blotch. A bit of dried blood at the corner as I didn't dare to touch in my attempt to minimise movement.
Skill-wise, the good Ch1na doctor is on par with the Ghim Moh dentist. After all, she too is a dentist. Definite far cry from Dr Ang's work which was so beautiful that I would classify it to that of a craftsman.
Free some more. In all fairness, had I have to pay regular prices like everybody else, Dr Ang's fees would have set me back by several times that of the Ghim Moh dentist and even more to that of the Ch1na one which cost me only SGD 40.00+. After all, Dr Ang was a specialist on the Mt Elizabeth side.
And this is me 5 days later with my stitches removed. It left a big crater only to be fill with a pool of white stuff. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the white stuff is pus. A mild infection as a result of the surgery.
Gross out yet? We have even begun!
Anyway, I realised something that I did when I was deep in thought or distracted. My tongue would unwittingly lick the pus!

It wasn't for another week before the pus cleared and the crater was exposed in its full glory. I also found something fun to do with the crater. I suck in my lips and press the crater against the outside flat surface of my lower teeth and it will stick to the teeth like a suction cup. Pull the lips away and you get a mini "pop". Very fun!
Gross out yet? Well, I did warned you guys about it first but NOoooooo.... you guys wanted to see it. Happy now?

i also dunno how boils come about. but when it is ripe and you press it, shiok! pus, blood and all, and a 'crater' on yr skin after that.
