Another morning bright and early as I head down to the jogging track again. Still haven't quite acclimatise to the local heat yet. :(

Wasn't feeling 100% so decided to take an easier pace, only to realise that I get more tired trying to deliberately slow down my running. In the end, I gave up and just resumed my natural "wheezing-gazelle" pace.
Class 95 was much better with more music and less talking.

I have low stamina. I dun run, I sprint. LOL!!! urm.. but i dun do that anymore. lazy to exercise. S G weather so hot!! I'm amazed at all those sweaty bodies that goes jogging, anytime of the day. Tiring... sticky.. hot... sweaty... (sun)burnt (depending on the time of the day)... thirsty... panting... nooooooo....
