I was with my customer, whom we went to visit this property, of which, my customer is the landlord.Anyway, the tenant is a PRC Chinese who imports gifts and knick knacks which he resells to the locals here.
Anyway, the property is located in the poorer parts of the city and the standard of his merchandise aptly reflected that.
Most of his customers are african-americans or hispanics who are mostly in the lower income brackets. They may not have a credit card to their names but they have something better.
Cash.
Every transaction done in the shop is in cold hard cash. The good old greenback.
Do not look down on this shop of crap for it is a gold mine.

i tot the cherry series of LV really got eyes and mouth 的? no?? But yah, not LV lah.. they already have logo there that it is AD... LOL!! ok ok.. I'm keeping my mouth shut liao... =X
