For the benefit of the non-Ch1nese readers, there is a Ch1nese tradition to burn joss paper for the dead. These joss papers are supposedly money that can be used in the underworld and the way for living relatives to be able to "send" the "money" to the dead is via burning, in the hope that the intended recepient would be able to "live" more comfortably down under.
However, in recent years, things really gotten out of hand with the inclusion of paper houses (equipped with paper airconditioning, microwave oven, plasma tv, washing machine, maids, servants), paper cars, etc. Even my late grandpa got a pair of paper helicopters!
And we know things got more and more absurd by the day when paper laptops, paper passports, paper credit cards starts showing up.
However, this recent news article really takes the cake.

*swallow swallow* Money makes the world go round. Have money can get anything, even the invention of paper viagra just for burning to ashes. Akk: After this, I wonder what else these people can think of next.
