Kennysia's recent blog entry of Bangkok's famous Chatuchak Weekend Market reminded me of this Youtube clip that has been sitting on my laptop for the longest time. I have been wanting to blog about this and share with everybody but being the short-attention-easily-distracted bloke that I am, I forgot about it completely until now.
So anyway here it is. If you think Chatuchak is happening, wait till you see the Maeklong. Lagi more happening!
I was amazed at how the Thai hawkers just take the trains coming in and out of the market as part of their every day. No biggie. Just a train passing through as they go about their business. Watch how unfazed they were when it comes to a lug of a train rolling through and passing them by the breadth of a whisker.
Coolness!

Gary: I was impressed with the fact that nobody panicked. Everybody knew exactly what to do when the train arrives and leaves. Kudos. 3. Chocolate gal left...
