So some bloggers out there set up an association of Singapore bloggers and proclaim it (or at least they want) to be the authority "to accredit bloggers", "to educate bloggers and improve the quality of blogs" and even to the extent of "dispute resolution".

Just because they are registered with the Registrar of Societies, suddenly they are lord over the Singapore Bloggers?
Early early didn't we have Tomorrow.sg and it flopped?
So what makes AOBS any better? SGD 50 entrance fee + SGD 60 annual subscription leh! That's a lot of money for dunno what the member will get in return wor!

The best thing about blogging and social media is its freedom - you can't stop people from saying what they feel and it's the honest to god best thing when you want to hear the truth. ;)
I respect you for writing about your thoughts in an honest and steady manner and not go the ball-less route of 'lend knife kill people'. Friends don't expect each other to support blindly or sacrifice their freedom of thinking.
So, some folks are asking if I am mad - my answer is ya: only because you never say can buy dresses from my shop :P
And, when I see you the next time, I am going to piak you for that. *piak*
