Deek was a really eagle-eye when he spotted this. The little white dot inside the fella's ear.
As concurred by Terz, it was paper napkin stuffed inside his ears. WTFBBQ???
Yes, it is really loud to be sitting right in front of the band but if it is really too loud for comfort, just move to the back lor.
